A lack of health knowledge and financial resources keeps many communities from accessing the care they need. Empowering Women, Transforming Communities
Overdependence and limited access to financial resources are among the greatest obstacles facing women in Burkina Faso. Our empowerment programs tackle these root causes directly — building knowledge through skills training, creating economic opportunities that foster financial independence, and raising awareness to shift the cultural norms that perpetuate inequality.

Strengthening Resilience and Dignity
Vulnerability is deepened when communities lack knowledge of available resources, face financial hardship, and rely on external support without building their own capacity. Our social protection programs address all three root causes — connecting people to information and networks, reducing financial precarity, and building the self-sufficiency needed to break cycles of overdependence.
